St. George and southern Utah continue to get positive press coverage and national recognition.  Recently Inc.Magazine examined job-growth data, supplied by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, on 393 metropolitan statistical areas. They analyzed current-year employment growth, as well as average annual job growth over the past three years, and compared job growth in the first and second halves of the period comprising the past 10 years. Guess which city ranked #1 in the USA?

Desert Oasis to be Developed in

The Elim Valley development will be a “vibrant and refreshing place,” Walker said, and described the development as “the ultimate place to be.” The future development will include an 18-hole Robert Trent Jones golf course, equestrian area, water features, and a trail system for both the novice and the experienced. The “self-contained” community will also provide plenty of features, including open space, schools, and retail space. Ten thousand dwellings are planned for the Elim Valley, to be built over several years. Houses will be range from the low $200 thousands to million-dollar mansions.
